The extension tubes are suitable for guiding the filament from inside the Smart Cabinet’s dehumidifier chamber to the extruders located on the back of the 3D printer. It consists in two teflon (bowden) tubes and a plastic part that joins the two together. 

Depending on the height of the printer, and therefore the distance between the Smart Cabinet back outlets and the extruder, this product is sold in two different sizes. Please be sure that you select the right product.

This pack contains a set of filaments and consumables specifically designed for the use of materials with a percentage of carbon and/or glass fibers for applications requiring high mechanical resistance.

We strongly recommend having the Smart Cabinet (SC) together with your BCN3D Epsilon W50 or W27 to keep the filaments in optimal humidity conditions thanks to the Smart Drying technology integrated in the SC. 

Our Hotend M is made from a special alloy of tool steel with a 0.4mm nozzle. When paired with the BCN3D Epsilon, it opens up a whole new world of metal industrial applications. This hotend is immensely hard and maintains this strength against high temperatures without ever softening. 

The Hotend M is only compatible with Epsilon W50 and Epsilon W27. It is the correct hotend to print with BASF materials as Ultrafuse 316L or 17-4PH.

The Metal Pack is an upgrade for the current Epsilon Series that opens up a new range of applications for BCN3D customers, especially for spare parts, functional prototyping, and tooling, and is mainly aimed at the pharmaceutical, food, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors. The parts produced by this process have practically identical behavior to those produced by MIM or CNC and offer an office-friendly solution with far more design freedom.

50g of filament to perform the Nylon Cleaning Method for cleaning the hotend. Use this kit to clean your hotend periodically in order to prevent under extrusion issues or when switching materials.

It is recommended to clean the hotend periodically or every time you switch materials in order to prevent under extrusion issues. On the other hand, this maintenance is vital when switching materials, especially if their printing temperatures differ.
