This unique and innovative mechanism means that no tools are needed to remove prints from the bed. They just pop off when the bed cools down.
Why Magigoo Pro PC?
The strength and toughness of PC make it an ideal FDM material for the production of functional prototypes as well as end use part, nonetheless the material does present some printing challenges. Virgin PC has a high glass transition temperature (Tg) and thus can be used in high temperature applications. However, having a high Tg can make it very difficult to print using desktop printers, as these are usually not equipped to cater for the high printing temperatures required to print virgin PC. Virgin PC in fact tends to warp considerably when printed at an insufficient bed temperature (<130 ºC), in non-heated enclosed chambers without the use of an appropriate bed adhesive.
Magigoo Pro PC can be used on glass or a multitude of other surfaces. Use on other plastic based surfaces, including sheets is recommended to provide strong adhesion and preventing the part from fusing to the sheet.
Magigoo Pro PA Nylon
Magigoo Pro PA Nylon is designed for professional use, to work exclusively with Polyamide filaments. The part should be relatively easy to remove once it cools and the glue residue should also be easily cleaned off.
Why Magigoo Pro PA?
PA (polyamide) describes a group of polymers with an amide repeat unit. Generally in the FDM industry there are 3 main types of PA which include PA12, PA66 and PA6.
Sometimes these materials can be either grafted with other polymers or else reinforced with glass or carbon fibers. Generally nylons exhibit high strength, toughness, elasticity, wear resistance, chemical resistance and thermal resistance and are widely sought in various industrial applications.
Nylon filaments prove to be challenging materials for FDM printing due to their lower adhesion to conventional 3D-printing build surfaces and their higher tendency to warp. Furthermore there are several classes of PA filaments each behaving differently.

Why Magigoo Pro PPGF? Magigoo Pro - Glass filled Polypropylene, acts as a thermally activated inter-facial layer, allowing for better interactions, both at the micro and molecular level, between the printing bed and the printing materials. It is generally recommended to print according to the printing temperatures recommended by the filament supplier. The printing conditions vary between one printer and another.
Magigoo Pro PP
Magigoo Pro PP is designed for professional use, to work exclusively with Polyporepylene filaments. The part should be relatively easy to remove once it cools and the glue residue should also be easily cleaned off if the included procedure is followed.
Why Magigoo Polypropylene:
Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic semi-crystalline polymer exhibiting properties of good impact resistance and ductility. It also has a relatively non-polar molecular structure which makes it chemical resistant and thus ideal for use in food packaging and medical equipment. It is in fact well known in the adhesive industry that it is difficult to adhere polyolefin materials to other types of materials. This combined with the partial crystallinity makes it an especially hard material to print with.
Magigoo Pro PP solves this issue and provides additional convenience for use in FDM 3D Printing.

Magigoo Pro Flex
Magigoo Pro Flex is designed for professional use, to work exclusively with TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), TPE (thermoplastic elastomer and TPC (thermoplastic copolyester) filaments. The part should be relatively easy to remove once it cools and the glue residue should also be easily cleaned off.
TPUs, TPEs/TPCs describe a group of polymers which are sometimes referred to as thermoplastic rubbers. Thermoplastic rubbers exist as co-polymers or a polymer blend, generally of a plastic and a rubber. This imparts both thermoplastic and elastomeric properties. As a result these materials have the advantage of being able to stretch to moderate elongations and returning to the original shape.
Additionally these materials have very good thermal properties, material stability, chemical resistance, and are more cost effective to produce. As a result these materials are highly sought in industrial applications.
Some flexible filaments show lower adhesion to conventional 3D-printing build surfaces and a high tendency to warp. Others tend to stick too well to bare 3D printing surfaces such as glass and PEI. Magigoo Pro Flex is a specialized solution for FDM printing of flexible filaments which was developed to work with a wide number of flexible filament types. Magigoo Pro Flex acts as an intermediate layer between the build-plate and the printed part enabling good adhesion and facilitating print removal as required.

Magigoo Original
Magigoo is an easy to use 3D printing adhesive designed to address ‘the first layer not sticking problem’. Magigoo Pro HT

Why Magigoo Pro HT? High temperature materials such as PEEK are advanced engineering thermoplastics which offer improved mechanical and chemical stability at elevated temperatures when compared to regular thermoplastics. Other materials include PEKK, Ultem and PPSU and their carbon/glass fibre reinforced counterparts. Owing to their high temperature and other exceptional properties these materials are highly sought after in high temperature and high performance engineering applications such as in the automotive and aerospace industries. Magigoo Pro Metal
MAGIGOO Metal is designed as a professional first layer adhesive with BASF Ultrafuse 316L. Magigoo Metal is non-hazardous, non-flammable and also approved for use in post processing stages of BASF Ultrafuse 316L. Magigoo Metal also enables easy part removal of the green parts from the build-plate.
BASF Ultrafuse 316L enables the production of solid 316L-grade stainless steel parts through the use of desktop FDM 3D printers and a sintering process. Ultrafuse 316L filament consists of highly-refined metal particles embedded in thermoplastic binders. Thus as a filament, the metal-polymer composite comes with none of the occupational and safety hazards associated with the handling of fine metallic powders. This enables affordable, straightforward, and safe3D printing of stainless-steel parts.
Due to the thermoplastic nature of the filament binding materials and the differential thermal cooling during FDM printing, parts printed BASF Ultrafuse 316L are susceptible to warp. Furthermore due to the delicate nature of the green part, care must be taken when removing parts printed in BASF Ultrafuse 316L to avoid part deformation. Magigoo Metal provides sure and reliable adhesion during printing and enable the easy removal of the printed part through submersion in water, thus avoid potential damage to the green part.
