CUBICON Style A15D has an output precision of 50um, which is virtually impossible to find in the FFF type 3D printer. As a result, it allows a precise expression of even the narrow gap of the teeth and the smoothness of the exterior to give you the same output as the actual teeth.

It is very inexpensive and enables you to use various materials so that you can print according to the situation. In particular, the shrinkage (twisting) is supplemented/calibrated through the low-shrinkage ABS-A100 filament to support nearly the same output as the original. Therefore, it can be used in all areas of dental needs such as transparent braces, diagnostic models, and dental casts, etc.

A dedicated dental slicing program, 'Cubicreator Dr.,' is provided for free. With this program, a 3D printing file can be created only by clicking the saved profile and output, such as a transparent braces/IDB tray/diagnostic model, etc. by an application. The program has been continuously upgraded to ensure the rapid use of new materials and new technologies (compatible with the international program, Simply3D). Also, as it does not require any postprocessing and is available self-maintenance, it is easy for anyone to use, regardless of the time.

The Auto Leveling feature of Cubicon has been upgraded, which automatically measures the height of the heating bed precisely and adjusts the distance from the nozzle to the optimal state.
