                                        Ultrafuse PA is specially developed for 3D printing and it is based on BASF´s polyamide portfolio known as Ultramid®.                                               Ultrafuse® PP GF30 contains 30% of special glass fibers that are designed for filament making and 3D printing so Ultrafuse® PP GF30 is compatible with any standard FFF printer. PP has a lower moisture uptake than PA. In combination with its high level of glass fiber reinforcement and its excellent chemical resistance, Ultrafuse® PP GF30 is a preferred filament for exceptional working environments.                                                   • BASF Ultrafuse PAHT CF15

                                                    Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 is a high-performance 3D printing filament that opens new application fields in FFF printing. In parallel to its advanced mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance, it has very good processability.
                                                    It works in any FFF printer with a hardened nozzle.
                                                    In addition to that, Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 is compatible with BVOH, water-soluble support material and HIPS, which allow printing complex geometries that work in challenging environments.

                                                          Ultrafuse PC/ABS FR is a V-0 flame retardant blend of Polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, two of the most used thermoplastics for engineering & electrical applications. The combination of these two materials results in a premium material with a mix of the excellent mechanical properties of PC and the comparably low printing temperature of ABS. Combined with a halogen free flame retardant, parts printed with Ultrafuse® PC/ABS FR feature great tensile and impact strength, higher thermal resistance than ABS and can fulfill the requirements of the UL94 V-0 standard.

                                                                Ultrafuse 17-4 PH is a filament for the production of metal components in 17-4 stainless steel on standard Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) printers. This filament Enabling Stainless Steel Parts for Applications that Require High Hardness and Mechanical Strength.

                                                                This 17-4 PH  stainless steel can be fully heat treated to high levels of strength and hardness. It is therefore ideal for Petrochemistry, Aerospace, the Automotive and the Medical Industry. Parts printed with our metal-polymer composite filament Ultrafuse 17-4 PH obtain their final properties through a catalytic debinding and sintering process known from traditional Metal Injection Molding.

                                                                      Ultrafuse 316L is an innovative filament to produce 316L grade stainless steel parts. 

                                                                      It is designed for ultimate ease of handling on conventional Fused Filament Fabrication 3D printers. BASF Ultrafuse 316L combines greater freedom of design with a lower total cost of ownership – printing metal parts easier, faster and affordable. Parts printed with Ultrafuse 316L obtain their final properties, including hardness and strength, through the catalytic debinding and sintering process. The catalytic debinding technology was developed and introduced by BASF and has emerged as the industry standard.
