Specifically formulated to minimize warping and ensure consistent interlayer adhesion, our ABS allows the creation of functional prototypes and complex end-use parts with ease.

3DXSTAT ESD-Safe ABS 3D FILAMENT

3DXSTAT ESD ABS is an advanced ESD-Safe filament formulated for a wide array of applications that require electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and thermal stability up to 95°C. Made using high flow ABS and CNT’s to offer exceptional repeatability and reliability.

3DXSTAT ESD ABS is an advanced ESD-Safe compound designed for use in critical applications which require electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and a high level of cleanliness. Manufactured with consistency in mind, 3DXTECH starts with premium ABS and then compounds it according to a proprietary formulation of multi-wall carbon nanotubes – giving you a filament with excellent printing characteristics and consistent ESD properties.

Ultrafuse PC/ABS FR is a V-0 flame retardant blend of Polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, two of the most used thermoplastics for engineering & electrical applications. The combination of these two materials results in a premium material with a mix of the excellent mechanical properties of PC and the comparably low printing temperature of ABS. Combined with a halogen free flame retardant, parts printed with Ultrafuse® PC/ABS FR feature great tensile and impact strength, higher thermal resistance than ABS and can fulfill the requirements of the UL94 V-0 standard.
