Main Features

• Noozle Temp. up to 500 °C: Due to the increased temperature up to 500°C in nozzle, it is possible to print engineering filament requiring high temperatures as well as more common filaments.
• Soluble Support Available: Dual nozzle system supporting both model and soluble support filament. Water soluble support can be easily removed by solution, so it is very convenient when detailed designs are required. *PEEK is currently available (Aquasys 180)
• Full-auto XY Calibration: Full-auto calibration automatically measuring X,Y coordinates value whiout any human interaction to designate the offset value and measure the moving distance between the nozzles. It is possible to complete all settings and start printing within just 1 minute.

Tech. Digest

• Heat Keeping Chamber

The heating chamber consistently & evenly keeps the internal temperature heated up to 80°C. There is only 30 minutes of heat flow between intake and the exhaust part.

• Air Optimizer

Air optimizer that enhances an interlayer bonding strength and increases crystallization by heating or cooling layer surface according to the right temperature of each filament.

• Filament conditioner

The filament conditioner keeps the filament condition the proper humidity through dehydration at a suitable temperature for each different filament type.
