Ultrafuse 17-4 PH is a filament for the production of metal components in 17-4 stainless steel on standard Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) printers. This filament Enabling Stainless Steel Parts for Applications that Require High Hardness and Mechanical Strength.

This 17-4 PH  stainless steel can be fully heat treated to high levels of strength and hardness. It is therefore ideal for Petrochemistry, Aerospace, the Automotive and the Medical Industry. Parts printed with our metal-polymer composite filament Ultrafuse 17-4 PH obtain their final properties through a catalytic debinding and sintering process known from traditional Metal Injection Molding.

Ultrafuse 316L is an innovative filament to produce 316L grade stainless steel parts. 

It is designed for ultimate ease of handling on conventional Fused Filament Fabrication 3D printers. BASF Ultrafuse 316L combines greater freedom of design with a lower total cost of ownership – printing metal parts easier, faster and affordable. Parts printed with Ultrafuse 316L obtain their final properties, including hardness and strength, through the catalytic debinding and sintering process. The catalytic debinding technology was developed and introduced by BASF and has emerged as the industry standard. 

Which 3D printers should I use with Ultrafuse 316L?

Designed for secure and easy handling on conventional, open-material Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) printers, Ultrafuse 316L comes with a wide processing window. To help you succeed in 3D printing metal parts we provide printer processing guidelines including Ultrafuse 316L parameter sets. In addition, consultancy and on-site support are available to help ensure the material performs on your printer.

Ultrafuse® PP GF30 contains 30% of special glass fibers that are designed for filament making and 3D printing so Ultrafuse® PP GF30 is compatible with any standard FFF printer. PP has a lower moisture uptake than PA. In combination with its high level of glass fiber reinforcement and its excellent chemical resistance, Ultrafuse® PP GF30 is a preferred filament for exceptional working environments. Thanks to its UV resistance it is more suitable than any other PP-based filament for applications directly exposed to sunlight.

Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 is a high-performance 3D printing filament that opens new application fields in FFF printing. In parallel to its advanced mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance, it has very good processability.
It works in any FFF printer with a hardened nozzle.
In addition to that, Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 is compatible with BVOH, water-soluble support material and HIPS, which allow printing complex geometries that work in challenging environments.

Ultrafuse PET CF15 (previously known as Innofil3D PET CF15) contains 15% carbon fiber and is a functional 3D printing material optimized to meet your requirements. Its high dimensional stability and very low moisture absorption make it a perfect material in a humid environment.
Ultrafuse PET CF15 combines easy processability, very low moisture uptake with a high level of strength and stiffness at an affordable cost.

Ultrafuse PET  (previously Innofil3D EPR InnoPET, different name, same high-quality product!) is made from a premium, food approved PET (Polyethylene terephthalate).

PET is widely used to produce food and beverage containers and bottles.
This high-quality filament will give you outstanding printing results: good layer adhesion, high resolution and easy to handle.

Ultrafuse PA is specially developed for 3D printing and it is based on BASF´s polyamide portfolio known as Ultramid®. The filament has unique mechanical properties due to its chemical structure. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications working within a larger temperature range.

Ultrafuse® PLA (previously Innofil3D PLA,  different name, same high-quality product!) is Poly-Lactic-Acid, a biodegradable polymer with a low melting point.
It is an easy material to print with and Ultrafuse PLA gives a smooth printing result.
This most used 3D printing material is available in a wide range of RAL colors and translucent variants.
